氯氮平联合齐拉西酮治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效观察

目的探讨氯氮平联合齐拉西酮治疗难治性精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年6月～2012年12月期间收治的难治性精神分裂症患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用氯氮平的药物治疗,观察组患者则在对照组的基础上加用齐拉西酮联合治疗,分别对两组患者的PANSS评分情况、临床治疗情况、不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的PANSS总分、阳性症状、阴性症状、精神病理评分均显著改善,患者的痊愈率和总有效率均得到大幅度的提升,无效率和不良反应发生率则显著降低,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论氯氮平联合齐拉西酮对难治性精神分裂症患者临床疗效的改善和提高具有积极的现实意义。

Effect of clozapine combined with ziprasidone in treatment of refractory schizophrenia

Objective To probe into clinical effect of clozapine combined with ziprasidone in treatment of refractory schizophrenia.Methods Selected from June 2011 to December 2012,80 refractory schizophrenia patients in our hos pital.The patients were divided into observation group and control group randomly,each of 40 patients The patients in control group were treated with clozapine medication.The patients in observation group were treated with clozapine combined with ziprasidone medication.The PANSS scores,clinical treatment situations and occurrence of adverse re actions of patients in two groups were compared.Results Compared with control group,patients in observation group the PANSS total scores and positive symptoms,negative symptoms,psychopathology scores were improved significantly,the cure rate and total effective rate were enhanced significantly,the inefficiency rate and incidence of adverse reac tions were reduced significantly,there were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clozapine combined with ziprasidone has positive practical significance for the improvement of clinical efficacy in patients with refractory schizophrenia.
