硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效观察

目的探讨硫酸氢氯吡格雷与阿司匹林在不稳定型心绞痛患者中的联合应用效果。方法选取我院收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者110例,分为观察组和对照组各55例。对照组给予阿司匹林治疗,而观察组则在对照组的基础上加用硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合治疗,并比较和分析两组患者的临床治疗情况、心功能改善情况及不良发生情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组临床治疗的显效率和总有效率均显著提升,且心绞痛平均发作频率和平均持续时间均明显减少,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生情况比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论采用硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切,效果显著,对于不稳定性心绞痛患者心脏功能的改善和临床疗效的提高均具有十分重要的治疗价值。

Clinical efficacy of bisulfate clopidogrel combined with aspirin in treatment of unstable angina

Objective To probe into clinical application effect of bisulfate clopidogrel combined with aspirin to treated unstable angina.Methods Selected 110 patients with unstable angina in our hospital.The patients were divided into observation group and control group.The patietns in control group were given aspirin medication.The patients in ob servation group were treated with clopidogrel bisulfate combined with aspirin medication therapy.The clinical situa tion,cardiac function to improve situation and occurrence of adverse reactions of patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with control group,patients in study group the clinical efficiency and total effective rate were improved significantly,and angina mean seizure frequency and average duration were significantly reduced,there were statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Compared with control group,the occurrence of adverse reactions had not statistically significant difference in study group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bisulfate clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris has exact and remarkable effect.It has important therapeutic value for the improvement of cardiac function and clinical efficacy in patients with unstable angina.
