鼻内镜下微波治疗顽固性鼻出血临床疗效观察

目的探讨鼻内镜下微波治疗顽固性鼻出血的临床疗效。方法选取2009年1月～2011年3月于本院治疗的56例顽固性鼻出血患者为研究对象,将所有患者依据处理方式分为观察组和对照组各28例。观察组采用鼻内镜下微波治疗,对照组采用鼻腔填塞治疗,随访半年,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率、复发率均低于对照组,具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论鼻内镜下微波治疗顽固性鼻出血的临床疗效显著,值得临床上合理推广应用。

The clinical curative effect of microwave treatment on intractable epistaxis under nasal endoscope

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of microwave treatment on intractable epistaxis under nasal endoscope.Methods A total of 56 cases with intractable epistaxis treated in my hospital from Jan.2009 to Mar.2011 were selected as research object.They were randomly divided into 2 groups： observation group and control group.Each group had 28 cases.Observation group： microwave treatment under nasal endoscope.Control group： nasal pack ing.Follow-up period was half a year.After observing the therapeutic effect of the patients in the two groups,the re lated data was statistically analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the patients in observation group was higher than the control group.The adverse reaction rate and relapse rate were lower（P〈0.05）,the difference was significant.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of microwave treatment on intractable epistaxis under nasal endo scope is significant,and it is worthy of wide application in clinic.
