护理干预对米索前列醇联合催产素预防产后出血效果的影响

目的探讨护理干预对米索前列醇联合催产素预防产后出血效果的影响。方法选择2010年8月～2012年8月在我院住院分娩且足月妊娠、单胎产妇100例,根据护理方法不同分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组随机采取对症护理,观察组采取系统、有效的护理干预措施贯穿整个治疗用药过程,比较两组第三产程时间、产后2 h出血量、产后24 h出血量及并发症情况。结果观察组第三产程时间明显短于对照组,观察组产后2 h出血量及产后24 h出血量均明显少于对照组,差异显著（P〈0.05）。观察组出现胎儿宫内窘迫1例,产程延长2例,胎盘早剥1例,对照组出现前置胎盘3例、胎盘早剥4例、妊娠期胆汁郁积症1例,产程延长5例,两组并发症发生率比较（8%vs 26%）,差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论护理干预能够提高米索前列醇联合催产素预防产后出血的治疗效果,缩短产程,降低并发症的发生,从而降低产后出血的发生率。

Nursing intervention of misoprostol combined with oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the impact of nursing intervention on misoprostol combined effect of oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage.Methods All 100 patients were divided into observation group and the control group,50 patients in the control group randomLy taken symptomatic care,observation group to take a systematic,effective nursing interventions throughout the entire treatment course of medication,compare two sets of the third stage of labor time,amount of postpartum 2 h bleeding,postpartum 24 h amount of bleeding complications.Results The time of the third stage of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,the observation group postpartum the 2 h bleeding and postpartum 24 h volume of blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Fetal distress cases,prolonged labor two cases,three cases of placenta previa placental abruption patients in the control group,placental abruption,four cases of cholestasis during pregnancy,prolonged labor five cases in observation group,two group complication rate comparison（8% vs 26%）,a significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the therapeutic effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage,shorten labor,reduce the incidence of complications,thereby reducing the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.
