黄浦区医务人员吸烟状况与戒烟服务情况的调查

目的了解黄浦区医疗卫生单位医务人员的吸烟现况及向病人提供戒烟服务的情况。方法对本区申报参加上海市无烟医疗卫生的单位,以问卷的方式进行调查。结果黄浦区医务人员的吸烟率为13.7%;96.0%的医务人员知晓本单位开展无烟医疗机构,95.5%的医务人员赞同创建无烟医疗机构;10.7%的病人主动寻求医务人员提供戒烟帮助,35.4%的医务人员主动向病人提供戒烟服务;14.1%的医务人员曾经得到过戒烟方法与技巧的培训,43.7%的医务人员打算学习戒烟的方法与技巧。吸烟者与非吸烟者在支持创建无烟医疗机构、提供戒烟服务的态度上存在差别。结论创建无烟医疗卫生机构应做好吸烟医务人员的戒烟工作;医务人员对病人提供戒烟服务的意识和能力均有待提高。

Investigation on Smoking Status and Smoke-quitting Services among Medical Workers in Huangpu District

Objective To understand the present situation of smoking and the smoke-quitting services for patients provided by medical workers in medical units. Methods Medical workers in the units applying for Shanghai No-smoking medical units were investigated by questionnaires. Results The smoking rate among medical workers in Huangpu District was 13.6%. 96.0% of medical workers heard of the activities of no- smoking medical units launched in their hospitals. 95.5% of the medical workers supported to establish no-smoking units. 10.7% of patients took initiatives to turn to medical workers to quit smoking. 35.4% of medical workers provided patients the services to quit smoking on their initiatives. 14.1% of medical workers had received the training on the methods and techniques of quit smoking. 43.1% of medical workers planed to learn the methods and techniques of quit smoking. There were differences between smokers and non-smokers on attitudes towards establishing no-smoking medical units and providing services to quit smoking. Conclusion To set up no-smoking medical units, we should help medical workers quit smoking. Medical workers still need to strengthen the awareness and ability to provide patients with smoke-quitting services.
