阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效及安全性分析

目的:探讨小儿支原体肺炎应用阿奇霉素治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法:选择我院2010年8月～2011年10月住院治疗的小儿支原体肺炎78例分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=38),两组患者均给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予阿奇霉素治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予红霉素治疗,观察比较两组患儿治疗后的效果、临床症状消失时间及不良反应。结果:观察组痊愈27例,显效6例,有效4例,无效3例,总有效率为92.50%;对照组痊愈16例,显效8例,有效5例,无效9例,总有效率为76.32%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间分别为(3.36±1.25)d、(4.12±1.24)d、(4.23±1.52)d,对照组分别为(5.63±1.32)d、(6.45±1.36)d、(6.16±1.43)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应,两组不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效确切,不良反应少,值得在临床推广使用。

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effects and safety of Azithromycin in treating mycoplasma pneumonia of children

Objoctive:To explore the curative effect and safety of azithromycin in treating mycoplasma pneumonia of children.Methods:78 children with mycoplasma pneumonia who were hospitalized in our hospital from Aug.2009 to Oct.2011 were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=38).Besides treated with the ordinary therapeutical methods,the observation group were given azithromycin and the control group were given erythromycin.The curative effect,time of disappearance of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significant higher than that of the control group(92.50% Vs. 76.32%,P<0.05).The duration of clinic symptoms in the treatment group,including fever,cough and rale were shorter than those of the control group(3.36±1.25)d Vs.(5.63±1.32)d,(4.12±1.24)d Vs.(6.45±1.36)d,(4.23±1.52)d Vs.(6.16±1.43)d,P<0.05).Conclusion:Azithromycin is effecting in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia of children with less side effect.It is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice.
