摘    要:目的:探讨黄蛭口服液的最佳制备工艺。方法:以总氮的含量为指标,采用L(934)正交试验设计对提取纯化工艺进行优化,考察提取溶媒、提取时间、提取次数、醇沉浓度对总氮含量的影响。结果:黄蛭口服液的的最佳提取纯化工艺为:用水作为提取溶媒,煎煮2次,每次煎煮2h,醇沉浓度为60%。药液经冷藏处理和调pH值为4.90 ̄5.30,能使成品达到最佳澄明度与稳定性。结论:优选得到的工艺稳定可行,适合工业大生产要求。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the optimal preparation procedure of Huangzhi oral liquid. Methods: 3 levels from each of the amount of four factors extracting solvent, extracting time, extracting number and alcohol precipitation concentration were subjected to the orthogonal design with the content of total nitrogen as an index. Results:The most favorable extraction was as follows: adding water into Chinese medical materials, and boiling for 2 h each time, extracting 2 times in all, 60% alcohol precipitation concentration. Conclusion: This technological process is stable, feasible, and suitable for the requirement of production on a large scale.
