多房棘球蚴感染长爪沙鼠过敏反应模型的建立与IgE水平测定

建立多房棘球蚴感染沙鼠的过敏反应模型以了解包虫病所致过敏反应的ＩｇＥ变化规律。取长爪沙鼠６０只，用酶联免疫吸附试验测定ＩｇＥ水平，随机抽取健康沙鼠１２只测定ＩｇＥ水平作为ＩｇＥ基础值参照组；人工腹腔接种Ｅ．ｍ感染长爪沙鼠４８只，感染Ｅ．ｍ四周和三个月后各抽取１２只测定ＩｇＥ作为Ｅ．ｍ感染后ＩｇＥ水平参照组和决定性注射前ＩｇＥdisplay status

Initial Study of Anaphylaxis Models and IgE Level in Meriones unguiculatus infected with the Echinococcus multilocularis

The aim was to establish anaphylaxis models in gerbils infected with Echinococcus multilocularis ( Em ) and evaluation of IgE level in the anaphylaxis process. There were 60 gerbils for both infected and normal control groups . Animals were divided into two parts. The first part was for establiishment of anaphylaxis models by using 24 gerbils infected by Em . After challenge injection to each experiment group, the symptoms were observed within 60 minus, afterward IgE level were also detected for each grp, The second part was major for evaluation of IgE level by using 36 gerbils. The basic data of the normal control group (without infection n=12). There were basic data after animal infection four weeks (n=12) and the basic data of prechallenge injection of the sensitinogen (gerbils were infected by WEm three months n=12). The infection rate was for Em 97.91% in gerbils. The incidence of anaphylaxis were 100% and 62.5% . The incidence of anaphylactic shock was 12.5% while none of the gerbils in the control groups showed anaphylaxis, as for IgE level. All the experimental groups showed a significant increase. As the time went on, animal became more and more heavily infected. The significant increase of IgE level showed positive correlation, meanwhile. The IgE level in prechallenge injection had a significant increase in comparison with postchalenge injection. This finding showed that the anaphylaxis models with typical symptoms and practical method, would have a promising application in experimental study and the clinical of the echinococcosis. Meantime , it is important role that IgE levels were changed in the process of the anaphylaxis induced by echinococcosis in gerbils.
