医院野战医疗所开设码头救护所模拟展开研究

摘    要:目的探讨野战医疗所开设码头救护所救护流程及职责,为提高海战救护能力提供参考。方法根据海战伤的特点,每次100名官兵分别扮演不同的海战伤员。野战医疗所成员120人分成9组,包括指挥组、分类后送组、防疫洗消组、抗休克组、手术组、医疗2组、医疗保障组和后勤保障组。根据码头救护所的流程与各自的职责展开5次训练。分析海战时码头救护所救护特点和人员状况,将码头救护所的救治岗位进行合理分配,对各级救护人员工作流程及职责进行描述性分析。结果5次模拟训练展开保障能力不同,第1~3次分别为不及格、及格和良好,第4、5次均为优秀,第5次与其他次比较为最好(P〈O.01)。结论通过野战医疗所开设码头救护所救护流程及职责训练,可提高海上救护的快速反应能力、整体配合能力和救护水平;丰富了码头救护所救护理论。

Abstract:Objective To explore the rescue procedure and the responsibilities of a dock medical aid station opened by field medical station so as to improve the rescue capacity in sea war. Methods One hundred seamen pretended to suffer from various sea-war wounds. One hundred and twenty members from field medical station were divided into 9 groups, ineluding command group, classification and evacuation group, prevention and disinfection group, anti-shock group, operation group, two medical groups, medical support group and logistic support group. According to the rescue procedure and the responsibilities of dock medical aid station, 5 times of rescue practice were carried out. After each practice, the role of each group during the rescue procedure and the condition of the personnel were analyzed, and then the duty of each group was reassigned. Results The efficiency of the rescue procedure was various. For the first three practice,the result of expert e- valuation was unqualified,qualified and good, respectively. The result of the fourth and the fifth practice was both excellent, and the fifth practice result was the best in comparison with the other four practice (P〈O. 01). Conclusion After the simulated rescue practice, the dock medical aid station reacts more quickly and cooperates better. Our study will enrich the theories of medical service on dock medical aid station.
