| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经泪点全泪道钻切成形术治疗泪道阻塞性疾病的疗效和并发症。方法回顾性病例研究。收集2006年8月至2009年1月在天津医科大学总医院眼科门诊行经泪点全泪道钻切成形术90例（90眼）。年龄22—86岁，平均53岁。对该方法治疗泪道阻塞的疗效、术中及术后并发症进行分析。随访时间3-22个月，平均随访时间10个月。结果术后77眼（85．56％）治愈，9眼好转，4眼冲洗泪道不通畅。术中及术后并发症包括下睑皮肤肿胀淤血、18眼（20．00％）脱管、4例（4．44％）发生泪小管撕裂。结论经泪点全泪道钻切成形术是一种治疗泪道阻塞的便捷、安全、经济的手术。
