急诊内镜下硬化与结扎治疗食管静脉曲张出血疗效对比观察

目的：研究对比食管静脉曲张出血的硬化与结扎治疗效果。方法：162倒肝硬变食管静脉曲张出血的病人分为两组，食管曲张静脉硬化治疗（EVS）组66例，食管曲张静脉结扎治疗（EVL）组96例。结果：在EVS组和EVL组中急诊止血率分别为92．4％和95．8％，两组无显著差异。曲张静脉消失率分别为60．6％和91．7％，两者有显著差异（P〈0．05）。再出血率分别为6％和无。结论：在急诊治疗食管静脉曲张出血中EVL优于EVS。

A Controlled Study of Esophageal Varicosis with Acute Bleeding Treated Endoscopically by Sclerotherapy and Ligation

Objective: To compare the results of esophageal varicosis treated endoscopically by sclerotherapy and ligation. Methods: One hundred and sixty two patients with cirrhosis and esophageal variceal bleeding were allotted into two groups, sixty -six in the esophageal variceal sclerotherapy (EVS) group and the rest in the esophageal variceal ligation ( EVL) group. Results: The rate of emergent hemostasis was 92. 4%in EVS group and 95. 8% in EVL group respectively, with no significant difference between these two groups. Eradication of varices was achived in 40 (60. 6% ) and 88 (91. 7% ) cases inthe EVS and EVL-groups respectively, with significant difference between these two groups ( P < 0. 05 ) . The relapsed bleeding rates were 6% in EVS group and 0 in EVL group respectively. Conclusion: Esophageal variceal 1 igation is superior to esophageal variceal sclerotherapy in the emergency of treating esophageal variceal bleeding.
