某县新型农村合作医疗补偿方案评价

目的评价禄劝县新型农村合作医疗制度补偿方案，为完善新农合制度提供科学依据。方法采用现有数据收集和现场问卷调查相结合的方法，调查禄劝县2006年度新农合制度实施情况。结果该县规定的住院补偿比和实际补偿比均偏低，79．3％的受访医务人员认为应提高补偿比例（P=0．002）。结论调整新农合制度补偿方案，完善新农合基金筹集机制。

Evaluation of The Compensation Scheme of New Rural Cooperative Medical System in Luquan County

Objective Through evaluating the compensation scheme of New Rural Cooperative Medical System （abbr. NRCMS） In Luquan County, so as to provide the scientific basis for improving NRCMS. Method In 2007, We investigated the implementation of Luquan NRCMS in 2006 annum by using the methods of collecting data in existence and surveying with the questionnaires in the field. Results The NRCMS compensation scheme in Luquan county adopted family account in out--patients and reducing proportion of medical expenditure of hospitalization. In 2006, the stated and actual reducing proportions of hospitalization expenditure were low. 79.3 percent of the medical personnel interviewees thought that the reducing proportion should be heightened （P=0. 002）. Conclusions It was suggested that the NRCMS compensation scheme be adjusted and the fund raising mechanism be consummated.
