摘 要: | 目的 探讨白细胞介素(IL-22)在冠心病患者外周血中的表达及其潜在意义。方法 选择入住该院和广州军区总医院的152例疑似冠心病患者,根据病情分为对照组、稳定型心绞痛(stable angina pectoris,SAP)组、不稳定性心绞痛(unstable angina pectoris,UAP)组以及急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)组。收集患者一般临床资料,抽取静脉血用于检测IL-22的表达。结果 与对照组、SAP组相比,循环IL-22水平在UAP和AMI患者中显著升高(P<0.001)。AMI组患者循环IL-22水平高于UAP组(P<0.001)。与未合并高血压病患者相比,合并高血压病患者循环IL-22浓度未见明显升高(P>0.05);与未合并糖尿病患者相比,合并糖尿病患者外周浓度明显升高(P<0.001)。结论 IL-22参与了CAD的发生发展,在冠心病病理生理过程中可能发挥重要作用。

Study on the circulating IL-22 expression in patients with coronary artery disease |

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression and potential significance of circulating IL-22 in patient with coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods 152 patients with suspected coronary artery disease in our hospital and Guangzhou military region general hospital were enrolled into study. According the condition of patients, patients were divided into control group, stable angina pectoris group, unstable angina pectoris group and acute myocardial infarction group. Patients clinical data were collected,venous blood were extracted to detect the expression of IL-22.Results Compared with control group and SAP group, circulating IL-22 were increased in UAP group and AMI group (P<0.001) . The levels of IL-22 were higher in AMI group than in UAP group(P<0.001). Compared with the unincorporated hypertension patients, the levels of circulating IL-22 have no obvious increased in the incorporated hypertension patients (P>0.05). Compared with the unincorporated diabetes patients, the levels of circulating IL-22 have obvious increased in the incorporated diabetes patients (P<0.001). Conclusion IL-22 is participated into the develop of CAD, and may play a important role in the pathophysiological procedure of CAD. |
