心理疏导对药物流产不良反应的干预作用

目的 研究心理疏导对米非司酮配伍米索前列醇流产患者的焦虑情绪及药物不良反应的影响。方法 将676例患者分为心理疏导理组和对照组，观察两组患者服药前后焦虑情绪和服药后药物不良反应的发生情况。结果 心理疏导组药物流产后焦虑自评量表评分与对照组比较显著降低（P〈0．01）；心理护理组服药后腹泻、恶心呕吐发生率显著降低（P〈0．05），腹痛程度显著减轻（P〈0．01）。结论 心理疏导能有效缓解药物流产患者的焦虑情绪，减轻药物不良反应的发生。

Intervention Effects of Psychological Nursing Care on Adverse Reaction in Patients Undergoing Drug-Induced Abortion

Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing care on anxiety and medicine adverse reaction in patients undergoing drug-induced abortion with Mifepristone and Misoprostol.Methods A total of 676 patients were divided into the psychological nursing group and the control group.The anxiety level and medicine adverse reactions were observed between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the self-anxiety scale scores in psychological nursing group were decreased significantly after abortion(P<0.01);the incidence rates of diarrhea,nausea and vomiting reduced significantly(P<0.05);and the level of abdominal pain decreased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion The anxiety level and incidence of medicine adverse reaction after abortion could be relieved efficiently by psychological nursing.
