腹腔镜治疗急性结石性胆囊炎的临床观察

目的：探讨腹腔镜在急性结石性胆囊炎中的临床应用及疗效观察。方法：回顾分析我院近两年来收治的急性结石性胆囊炎患者56例，应用腹腔镜对患者进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）。结果：全组术后均经病理诊断为急性结石性胆囊炎，其中单纯性胆囊炎42例，化脓性胆囊炎8例，坏疽性胆囊炎6例，全部病例治愈出院。结论：绝大多数急性胆囊炎患者行Lc是安全可行的，临床疗效确切，值得临床推广使用。

Laparoscopic treatment of acute cholecystitis in the clinical observation

Objective： Laparoscopy in acute cholecystitis in the clinical application and evaluation. Methods： Retrospective analysis of the last two years in our hospital with acute cholecystitis treated 56 patients, application of laparoscopy for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）. Results： All patients were pathologically diagnosed as acute cholecystitis, of which 42 cases of simple cholecystitis, 8 cases of suppurative cholecystitis, gangrenous cholecystitis in 6 cases, all patients were cured. Conclusion： Most patients with acute cholecystitis, LC is safe and feasible, the clinical curative effect, is worthy of clinical use.
