新熏蒸消毒药醛氯合剂现场消毒效察的观察

<正> 我们在实验室研究的基础上,于1976～1978年进一步观察了醛氯合剂的现场消毒效果。消毒试验是在上海市区病家、北京郊区农村病家、传染病医院接诊室、地下掩蔽部和棉帐篷内进行的。其中,上海市区病家消毒试验是与上海市卫生防疫站协作共同完成的。

Field Trials on Bactericidal Effect of New Fumigant Paraform-chloroisocyanurate Mixture

The bactericidal effect of paraform-chloroisocyanurate mixture(PCM) has been reported in the preceding article. In the field trials, Staphylococcus albus was used as the only test organism. Under the condition of 16～18℃, 60～90% RH, the dosages for killing 99.9% of the bacteria (exposed one hour) were as follows.Rooms of city building (better airtightness) 3g/m~3Rooms of countryside building (poor airtightness) 5g/m~3Underground shelter 4g/m~3 PCM is more desirable than other gas disinfectants for large scale decontamination. People can enter the fumigated room after 15～30 minutes ventilation by opening the doors and windows.
