酚妥拉明防止重度妊高征并发DIC临床分析

目的　探索静滴酚妥拉明防止重度妊高征并发DIC的临床意义。方法　回顾性分析近 2 0年我院产科重度妊高征病例及其并发DIC的临床资料。比较有静滴酚妥拉明 (治疗组 )和未静滴酚妥拉明 (对照组 )两组重度妊高征病人入院后发生DIC的情况 ,和两组入院时和入院 2 4小时血压、蛋白尿、水肿变化情况。结果　对照组入院后发生DIC 5例 ,治疗组入院后未发生DIC ,两组差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组高血压的降低和水肿消退较对照组明显 ,差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论　在综合治疗的基础上 ,静滴酚妥拉明有助于防止重度妊高征并发DIC。

Clinical Analysis of Phentolaminum on Preventing DIC Complicated by Sever PIH

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical value of phentolaminum venoclysis with preventing DIC complicated by sever PIH. MethodsRetrospective analysis of clinical material on DIC complicated by sever PIH for last 20 years. Comparing the cases of treated group with control group after both were hospitalized and the results of hypertension, protein urine and edema in hospitalization and results in 24hours lately. Results5 cases were found after control group were hospitalized and no case was found in treated group significant difference was in both group(P<0.05).Compared with control group, obviously significant difference was found in reducing blood pressure and edema in treatment group (P<0.005). ConclusionOn basis of multiple treatment phentolaminum venoclysis is helpful to prevent DIC complicated by sever PIH.
