| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声心动图（ECHO）对急性肺栓塞（APE）的诊断价值。方法 对临床怀疑APE的16例患者在4～6h内行床旁经胸ECHO检查。结果 超声直接检出肺动脉血栓2例。间接征象12例，表现为右房舒张末内径（RAJDd）、右室舒张末内径（RVIDd）的增大并有右室室壁运动降低，左房舒张末内径（LAIDd）、左室舒张末内径（LVIDd）的缩小伴室间隔向左侧偏移，三尖瓣返流10例，ECHO检查正常4例。结论 超声心动图可对有直接征象的APE作出诊断，对间接征象的APE辅助诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the application value of the bed - sided echocardiographic diagnosis for acute pulmonary embolism. Methods: 16 patients who were suspected of acute pulmonary embolism by physician were detected by the bed - sided echocardiography. Results: Two cases of thromboernbolism in major pulmonary artery were observed by echocardiography and 12 patients showed the increase in the RAIDd, RVIDd, decrease in the LAIDd, LVIDd and motor capability of right ventricular wall, ventricular septum turning to the left. There were 10 cases of tricuspid regurgitant and 4 normal patients.
