| 摘 要： | 目的 开发ICU建立体外膜肺氧合的护理流程,并探讨该护理流程的有效性.方法 应用行动研究进行2个循环,分析实践中存在的问题并制订ICU建立体外膜肺氧合的护理流程,对10例患者实施第1个护理流程循环后汇总发现问题,调整方案后对9例患者实施第2个循环.结果 实施护理流程后,体外膜肺氧合成员到位时间、用物准备正确率、术前准备时间、体外膜肺氧合管路预冲时间、手术时间和物品等待时间均缩短（P＜0.01）;医生对护理流程满意度提高（P＜0.01）.结论 ICU建立体外膜肺氧合的护理流程通过行动研究实践的修改与完善,以手术进程为导向,分工细化、责任明确,能提供有效和安全的护理.

| Abstract: | Objective To develop nursing procedure of establishing extracorporeal membrane oxygenation （ECMO） in ICU, and explore the validity of the nursing procedure. Methods Action research method was used for two rounds to analyze the problems in clinical practice and develop the nursing procedure of establishing ECMO in ICU. The first round of nursing procedure was applied for 10 patients, and the problems were extracted and then the second round of nursing procedure was used for 9 patients. Results After the implementation of ECMO nursing procedure, time required for staff availability, correct rate of supplies preparation, time for surgery preparation, preflush time of ECMO pipeline, surgery time and and supplies waiting time were all decreased （P 〈 0.01 ）. The medical staff satisfaction to nursing procedure improved significantly（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Through action research practice, we developed and devised the nursing procedure, which eventually is oriented by operation procedure, refined labor division, and clearly clarified the responsibility, which can provide effective and safe nursing. |
