冰片注射液对小鼠实验性脑缺血的保护作用

摘    要:目的研究冰片注射液对小鼠实验性脑缺血(cerebralischemia)的保护作用及可能作用机制。方法分别采用小鼠断头喘气、负重游泳、负重爬杆及脑缺血再灌注模型,测定小鼠断头后存活时间、爬杆及负重游泳时间及脑缺血再灌注后脑组织匀浆内LDH、Na+-K+-ATP酶、Mg2+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶的活力。结果冰片注射液能明显提高小鼠断头后的存活时间(P<0.01)、延长爬杆及负重游泳时间(P<0.01)、延长爬杆及负重游泳时(P<0.05),升高缺血再灌注损伤小鼠脑内LDH、Na+-K+-ATP、Mg2+-ATP、Ca2+-ATP酶的活力(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论冰片具有保护脑缺血的作用,机制可能与其改善缺血脑组织的能量代谢有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the protective effects of borneol on cerebral ischemia and its mechanism.Methods Three animal were used as models by cutting the heads of mice, crawling bar and swimming with 2 g weights and cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in mice.Results Borneol could significantly prolong gasping time of mice(P<0.01), time of crawling bar and swimming of mice with 2 g weights (P<0.05) and increase activities of LDH, Na~+-K~+-ATP ase、Mg~ 2+ -ATP ase and Ca~ 2+ -ATP ase(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Borneol can have protective effects on cerebral ischemia, its mechanisms may be related to the improvement of the metabolism of energy of ischemic brain region.
