| 摘 要： | 目的观察808nm激光穴位照射治疗良性前列腺增生症（肾阳虚型）的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,每组30例。治疗组采用808nm激光穴位照射会阴、关元、肾俞等穴,对照组口服西药非那雄胺片。观察临床疗效及治疗前后国际前列腺症状评分（Ⅰ-PSS症状评分）、生活质量指数（L）和前列腺体积的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为66.7%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后两组Ⅰ-PSS症状评分、L和前列腺体积均有改善（P〈0.05）;两组Ⅰ-PSS评分、L治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗前后肝功能、肾功能、心电图均未见异常。结论808nm激光穴位照射是治疗良性前列腺增生症（肾阳虚型）的有效方法之一。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint 808 nm laser radiation in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia (kidney-yang deficiency type). Methods Sixty patients were randomly allocated to two groups, 30 cases each.
