| 摘 要： | 目的研究阻止轻型胰腺炎重型化的有效方法。方法通过动物实验和临床观察取得经验。结果轻型胰腺炎经过合理的用药可以治愈而不转化为重型胰腺炎。结论在治疗轻型胰腺炎的过程中注意阻断有可能转化为重型胰腺炎的关键途径可以收到良好的治疗效果。
