探讨肛周脓肿的术式选择

目的探讨肛周脓肿的术式选择。方法将286例肛周脓肿住院患者分为四组：第一组（68例）及第二组（70例）随机行切开引流术和一次性根治术；第三组（73例）及第四组（75例）根据有无内口选择术式，如术中未探及内口，则行单纯切开引流术（第三组）；如探及内口，则行一次性根治术（第四组）。比较随访后遗肛瘘例数。结果第一组与第二组、第一组与第三组比较，P〈0.05，提示有统计学意义。第二组与第四组、第三组与第四组比较，P〉O．05，提示无统计学意义。结论通过探查内口来决定相应的术式是治疗肛周脓肿理想的方法，即有内口则行一次性根治术，无内口则行单纯性切开引流术。

Study of the Choice of Modus Operatindi for Perianal Abscess

Objective To study the choice of modus operafindi for perianal abscess. Methods 286 patients of perianal abscess in hospital were divided into four groups. The first group including 68 examples and the second one including 70 examples were treated with incision and drainage or with radical correction at random;and the last two groups were to be selected for modus operatindi according to whether or not there was an endostoma when treated. The third one consisted of 70 patients,discovered with no endostoma,were treated with radical correction, while the fourth group including 73 patients with endostoma treated with simple incision and drainage. Results As for the group compared with the third one,as soon as the first one with the second one, P 〈 0.05, which meant there was obvious statistical significance;while the one compared with the fourth one and the third one with the fourth one,P 〉 0.05 ,no statistical significance. Conclusion To choose modus operatindi on the basis of endostoma is an ideal method for perianal abscess, that is, patients with endostoma treated with radical correction once for all and those without endostoma with simple incision an drainage.
