大豆皂甙和人参茎叶皂甙的抗糖尿病动脉粥样硬化作用

摘    要:本实验分别经胃给糖尿病(DM)大鼠大豆皂甙(SS)10mg/(kg·d)和人参茎叶皂甙(GS)150mg/(kg·d)共20周。观察SS和GS对主动脉的形态学作用及血糖、血清胰岛素、血脂、脂质过氧化物、超氧化物歧化酶、血小板聚集率和TxA2/PGI2的作用。结果表明SS和GS通过降低血糖、脂质过氧化物,血小板聚集率,TxA/PGI2和提高胰岛素水平及提高超氧化物歧化酶含量,对实验性DM动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展起有效的防治作用。本文还对其作用机理进行了初步探讨。

Antiatherosclerotic effect of soyasaponin and ginsen-stem-leaves saponin in diabetes

Abstract:The investigation was taken to diabetic rats given soyasapnin(SS)10 mg/(kg·d)and ginsen-stem-leaves saponin(GS)150 mg/kg/day for 20 weeks,respectively。The ef-fect of SS and GS on aorta,and blood glucose,serum insulin,lipids,platelet aggregation ratesand TXA2/PGI2 were observed。The results suggested that SS and GS played an efficacious pre-ventive and treatment role in control of the development of experiment diabetes and its atheroscle-rosis by decreasing blood glucose,LPO,platelet aggregation rate,and TXA/PGI,and increas-ing SOD and insulin levels。The mechanism was also discussed preliminarily.
