石氏三色膏治疗急性踝关节损伤的临床观察

目的:观察石氏三色膏治疗急性踝关节损伤的疗效。方法:采用单盲法将148例患者完全随机分为三色膏外敷治疗组(A)、三色膏外敷配合早期锻炼治疗组(B)、单纯西药对照组(C)和西药治疗加早期锻炼对照组(D),分别于相应治疗后3天、7天、14天观察疗效,记录不同时间段肿胀程度积分、肿胀消除率及McGuire量表积分。结果:在消除肿胀方面,B组与C、D组间有差异(P0.05);在恢复患肢功能方面,A、B组与C、D组比较有统计学意义(P0.05);在缓解疼痛方面,治疗3天时A、B组与C、D组比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:三色膏配合早期功能锻炼对于Ⅰ、Ⅱ度踝关节外侧韧带损伤的肿胀消除、对于恢复患肢功能具有治疗意义,并且治疗初期在缓解疼痛方面优于西药。

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effects of ShiShi SanSeGao in Patients with Acute Ankle Injury

Objective：To observe therapeutic effects on ShiShi SanSeGao in patients with acute ankle injury.Methods：148 patients were randomly divided into four groups：SanSeGao treatment group（A）,Sansegao combined with early exercise treatment group（B）,western medicine control group（C）and western medicine combined with early exercise treatment group（D）.The therapeutic effects were observed after treatment in the corresponding 3 d,7 d and 14 d,recorded swelling degreen,swelling rate and McGuire scale score at different time points.Results：In elimination of swelling,there are statistically significant between B group and C,D group（P0.05）;in restoring limb function,there are statistically significant between A,B group and C,D groups（P 0.05）;in relieving pain after treatment 3d,there are statistically significant between A,B group and C,D groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：SanSeGao combined with early exercise has good effects on eliminating swelling and restoration of limb function forⅠand Ⅱ degree lateral ankle ligament injury.ShiShi SanSeGao combined with early exercise for the relieving pain is superior to western medicine in the beginning stages of treatment.
