摘    要:目的 了解2种增强方式的螺旋CT扫描显示肝静脉和门静脉的差异,并熟悉它们在CT图像上的解剖学形态。方法 采用3.0ml/s(行螺旋CT动脉和门脉期双期扫描,科称双期组)和1.5ml/s(仅行螺旋CT单纯门脉期扫描,科称单期组)2种注射速率的对比剂,分别完成100和50例病人的螺旋CT检查。结果 2组各50例分析结果显示:双期组中有48例在门脉期扫描能够分别清晰显示肝静脉和门静脉1、2、3级分支,而

Abstract:Objective To evaluae the differences in demonstrating the hepatic and portal veins by two methods of enhanced spiral CT during the portal phase scanning, and to familiarize with the anatomic confirmations. Methods Using 3 .0 ml/s and 1 .5 ml/s rate of contrast injection, 100 and 50 cases were examined by spiral CT respetively. Result Each group had 50 cases respectively, 48 cases exhibited 1,2, and 3 grade btanhes of hepatic and portal veins clearly during the portal phase sctring in the 3. 0 ml/s group, whereas only 2 and 4 cases dispayed 1,2, and 3 grade branches of hepatic and portal veins respectively in 1 .5 ml/s group. Ten anatomic patterns of hepatic veins were observed in 100 patients according to the analysis of the 3. 0 ml/s group,but only 2 anatomic pattrns for portal veins, and 15% of the patients also demnstrated supernumerary inferior hepatic veins. Conclusion 1, 2 and 3 grade branches of hepatic and portal veins were markedly showed during the portal phase scanning for the 3.0 ml/s rate of contrast injection, and anatomic pattem of hepeatic vein greatly varied compared with tha of portal vein.
