摘    要:目的:探讨人参皂甙Rg3(Rg3)抑制裸鼠原位种植人乳腺浸润性导管癌的作用及其作用机制,方法:采用移植人乳浸润性导管癌的雌性裸鼠15只,随机分成3组:Rg3组,环磷酰胺(CTX)组和对照组,分别用Rg3,CTX及对照剂连续灌胃56天,处死后病理标本用光镜及免疫组化检查。结果:Rg3组平均瘤重低于对照组(P=0.05),CTX组平均瘤重明显低于对照组(P<0.05),免疫组化显示,Rg3组的微血管密度(MID)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)明显低于对照组(P<0.05),结论:Rg3抑制人乳浸润性导管癌移植瘤生长的机制可能与抑制其新生血管形成有关。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the inhibiting ability of ginsenoside Rg3 on the growth and angiogenesis of orthotopically xenotransplanted human breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma in nude mice.Methods:A total of 15 female nude mice having received xenotransplanted human breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma were randomly divided into 3 groups.Ginsenoside Rg3(5mg/kg,qd),cyclophosphamid(26mg/kg,qod)and control solution(0.5% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,qd)were given to each group by gastrogavage in 0.5ml volume for 56 days.Breast cancer mass was collected for light microscope observation.The intra-tumoral microvessel density(MVD)and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factors(VEGF)were examined by immunohisto-chemical staining.Results:The tumor weight of CTX group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).and the comparision between those of Rg3 group and the control group was nearly aporoaching significant level.The MVD and VEGF of Rg3 group by immunohisto-chemical staining were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Rg3 could inhibit the growth and angiogenesis of xenotransplanted human breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma in nude mice.
