产后出血的原因及护理措施

目的:探讨产后出血的护理措施,减少妇女产后出血的危险,提高其生活质量。方法:对100例产后出血产妇的护理资料进行回顾性分析,从产妇产前的预防及护理、产妇产时的监测及护理措施以及产后出血的护理三方面着手。结果:100例产后出血产妇中经过精心治疗及相应的护理措施,无一例产妇死亡,无不良反应、后遗症发生。结论:导致产后出血的因素主要有子宫收缩乏力、胎盘、软产道损伤以及凝血功能障碍。

The causes and nursing measures of postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To explore the nursing measures of postpartum hemorrhage,reducing the risk of postpartum hemorrhage,and improve their quality of life.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the nursing data of 100 cases of postpartum hemorrhage,proceed from the maternal prenatal prevention and care,maternal monitoring and nursing measures of postpartum hemorrhage nursing three.Results 100 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were carefully treatment and corresponding nursing measures,no one case of maternal death,no adverse reaction,the incidence of sequelae.Conclusion The cause factors of postpartum hemorrhage is uterine atony,placenta,soft birth canal injury and dysfunction of blood coagulation.
