| 摘 要： | 目的:比较ALA-PDT联合CO2激光与单独CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:将40例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用ALA-PDT联合CO2激光治疗,对照组单独CO2激光治疗,对两组的临床疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组和对照组的治愈率分别为90%和55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者均未发生明显的不良反应。结论:ALA-PDT联合CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣治愈率高,复发率低,不良反应少。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficacy of the Combination therapy(ALA-PDT combined with CO2laser) with only CO2 laser for the treatment of condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods Forty patients were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group were treated by ALA-PDT combined with CO2,and the control group were treated by CO2laser only.Then comparing the efficacy of the two groups.Results The cure rate of the teatment group was 90%.And the control group was 55%.The cure rate of the two groups showed statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse effect in two groups.Conclusion The combination therapy can raise the cure rate,reduce the recurrence of CA and have less adverse effect. |
