优化铺床法在结肠镜检查中的应用与分析

目的:探讨优化结肠镜检查铺床法在临床的应用效果。方法:设试验组与对照组,试验组为检查1室护理人员采用优化铺床法更换结肠镜检查床单位用物,对照组为检查2室护理人员采用传统铺床法更换结肠镜检查床单位用物,安排2名固定护理人员以1周为期轮转到检查1室及2室工作,采用4周的结肠镜检查例数共238例次作统计,设专人用秒表计时,记录两组更换检查床单位用物所需的时间,并用专本记录两组更换检查床单位用物所需的物品种类及数量,算出两组的直接经济成本,再从省时省力、经济成本和铺床依从性3个方面进行测评。结果:试验组更换好一套床单位平均耗时1.5 min,平均每例次直接经济成本为4元,对照组更换好一套床单位平均耗时5.5 min,平均每例次直接经济成本为8元。优化铺床法操作简单、省时省力、节约经济成本,操作者100%乐意选择。结论:优化铺床法使结肠镜检查治疗后更换床单位流程得以优化,操作简单、省时省力,环保经济,加快患者轮候检查的时间,提高了患者的满意度,在降低了护理劳动强度同时,亦提高了护理工作效率与质量。在临床应用中取得了很好的效果,值得在各医院的结肠镜检查室推广应用。

Application of Optimized Bed Making in Colonoscopy

Objective To study the effect of the application of optimized bed making in colonoscopy.Methods Data of 238 cases were divided into test group and control group.The nurse in test group changed the sheets with optimized bed making method,the other nurse in control group changed the sheets with traditional bed making method.Two fixed nurses took turns between two groups at one week interval.Time for bed making were recorded with a stopwatch,the type and quantity of replacement items were recorded and the direct economic costs were calculated.Saving time and effort,economic costs and bed making compliance were evaluated in two groups.Results Averagetime for bed making in test group was 1.5 min,average direct economic cost per case was $4,those in control group were 5.5 min and $8.0 ptimized bed making method was simple,saved time and effort,saved economic cost,100% of the operator would prefer.Conclusion Optimized bed making method in colonoscopy make the process of change sheets simple,saves time and effort,is green economic,can shorten the time of patient check,improve patient’s satisfaction,and reduces nursing labor intensity,improves the efficiency and quality of care at the same time.It should be widely applied in colonoscopy rooms.
