| 摘 要： | 目的:比较非脱垂阴式子宫全切术与腹式子宫全切术的临床疗效。方法:选择100例子宫病变患者,随机分为非脱垂阴式子宫全切术组和腹式子宫全切术组,每组各50例,比较两组患者的手术指标。结果:阴式子宫全切术组患者术中出血量、术后排气时间以及住院时间均少于腹式子宫全切术组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非脱垂阴式子宫全切术是一种微创手术,疗效优于腹式子宫全切术,是临床治疗子宫病变的理想术式,值得临床进一步推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the clinical curative effects of non-prolapse vaginal hysterectomy and abdominal hysterectomy.Methods 100 cases of uterine lesion patients,randomly divided into non-prolapse vaginal hysterectomy and abdominal hysterectomy group,50 cases in each group,operation index of two groups were compared.Results Vaginal hysterectomy intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay were less than abdominal hysterectomy patients,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Nonprolapse vaginal hysterectomy is a minimally invasive operation,curative effect is better than that of abdominal hysterectomy,is the ideal surgical treatment of uterine diseases,it is worthy of further clinical application. |
