| 摘 要： | 目的 建立测定蝎龙酒活性成分阿魏酸含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 采用Vp-ODS柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水 (用磷酸调pH值为2.5～3) (25∶75) 为流动相,流速为0.8 ml/min,柱温30 ℃,检测波长320 nm.结果 阿魏酸在3.66～36.64 mg·L-1浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999 8,加样平均回收率为100.47%(RSD=0.84%).结论 该法简便,准确,可用于蝎龙酒中阿魏酸的含量测定.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of Ferulic acid content in Xielong jiu.Methods Samples were determined by RP-HPLC on a Vp-ODS column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) with a mixture of acetonitrile-water(adjusted pH to 2.5～3 with phosphoric acid)(25:75) as mobile phase at the flow velocity of 0.8ml/min and UV detection at 320 nm wavelength.Results The calibration curve of Ferulic acid was linear from 3.66 to 36.64 mg/L (r=0.999 8,n=6),the average recovery and relative standard deviation were 100.47% and 0.84% (n=5) respectively.Conclusion The method is rapid,simple and accurate.It can be used for assay of Ferulic acid content in Xielong jiu. |
