| 摘 要： | 应用动态三维超声心动图研究５例Ｖａｌｓａｌｖａ窦瘤破裂病人，采用经食道旋转扫描进行图像采集，由计算机系统处理重建后以总体显示法进行动态三维显示。结果表明动态三维超声心动图能真实、直观地显示Ｖａｌｓａｌｖａ窦瘤的形态、大小、方位、活动度、破裂口及分流束的起止、流程、轮廓等，具有重要的临床价值

| Abstract: | his paper reported initial studying in 5 subjects with rupture of aneurysm of sinus of Valsalva using dynamic three-dimensional echocardiography. The results showed that the shape, size, site, activity of aneurysm and the beginning, stoping, course, contour of shunting could be stereo revealed very clearly and distinctly. Conclusion: Dynamic three-dimensional echocardiography would be useful to acquire more accuracy diagnostic information. |
