超声下肝总动脉旁淋巴结肿大的探讨

在超声下对２３０例观察者的肝动脉及门静脉周围的淋巴结进行了检查，结果表明：肝动脉旁淋巴结的总发生率为３４％，病毒性肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌淋巴结肿大的发生率明显高于正常人及其它肝病的患者（Ｐ值＜０．００５），但肝癌与病毒性肝炎、肝硬化比较，无明显差异（Ｐ值＞０．０５）。我们认为肝动脉旁淋巴结的肿大，同肝脏的良性病变关系较为密切，对于肝癌不能做为一项诊断的指标

Ultrasound Observation of Lymph Nodes around the Hepatic Artery

The lymph nodes around the hepatic aretry and the portal vein were prospectively examined by ultrasound in 230 patients. Hepatoduodenal lymph nodes were seen in 80 patients (34%). The incidences of enlarged lymph nodes were significantly higher in patients with viral hepatitis, liver cancer and/or cirrhosis than normal individuals and patients with other hepatic diseases(P<0.005), but the differences of incidences between the patients with liver cancer and patients with cirrhosis and/or viral hepatitis were not significant (P>0.05). US visualization of the enlargement of lymph nodes around the hepatic artery is frequently seen in patients with viral hepatitis, hepatic cirrhosis and/or hepatic cancer and it is not a diagnostic criterion of liver cancer.
