中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛临床研究

摘    要:目的:研究灯盏细辛注射液联合常规西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将62例患者随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(30例),两组均给予常规西药治疗,治疗组加用灯盏细辛注射液40ml加入5%的GNS250ml中静脉滴注,每日1次,连用15d。结果:治疗组在临床疗效、心电图改变、心功能改善及血脂变化等方面较对照组有显著差异(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论:灯盏细辛注射液合用常规西药治疗冠心病心绞痛活血化瘀,扩张血管,减慢心率,增加冠脉血流量,改善心肌缺血、缺氧,防止血栓形成,保护心肌免受损伤,改善心功能,降低心绞痛的发生率,既提高疗效,又改善远期预后,比单纯西医治疗疗效更好。

Abstract:Objective:To study the the clinical efficacy of fleabane injection with western share in treating coronary artery disease with angina.Methods:62 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group(32 cases) and control group(30),both groups were with conventional medicine treatment,the treatment group used lamps asarum injection 40 ml with 5 percent GNS 250 ml in static,once daily,15d as a course.Results:treatment group in clinical efficacy,ecg changes to improve cardiac function,and lipid changes has a significant difference(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion:the lamp asarum injection with western treatment of coronary heart disease,angina invigorate the dilation of blood vessels,slow,heart rate,increase blood flow,improve the coronary artery myocardial ischemia,hypoxia,preventing thrombosis,protect and improve cardiac muscle against damage and reduce the incidence of angina,It can enhance the curative effect,and improves long-term prognosis,western medicine therapy effect is better than pure.
