过敏性紫癜性肾炎的中西医诊治述要

目的：探讨过敏性紫癜性肾炎中西医诊治方法。方法：总结回顾中西医治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎文献,展望今后本病的研究方向。结果：过敏性紫癜性肾炎是现代医学病名,古医籍中并无＂过敏性紫癜性肾炎＂的病名记载,根据本病的临床表现,多将其归属于祖国医学的＂紫斑＂、＂肌衄＂、＂尿血＂、＂水肿＂等辨治范畴。过敏性紫癜性肾炎是由过敏性紫癜累及肾脏导致的一种疾病。本病临床症状轻重不一,从单纯尿检异常至典型的急性肾炎综合征、肾病综合征甚至肾功能衰竭,而血尿是其常见表现。中西医结合治疗是治疗本病的有效方法。结论：中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎是今后研究本病的发展方向,采用现代科学技术阐释本病的发病机理有广阔的研究前景。
