血清抑制素B对卵巢储备功能预测的研究

目的：探讨血清抑制素B对卵巢储备功能预测的临床价值。方法：选择月经周期正常,年龄25-35岁的健康女性30例作为正常组;选择绝经过渡期,年龄40-50岁,有不同程度围绝经期综合征症状的女性36例作为研究组;检测月经第3天血清中抑制素B水平、E2水平及FSH水平。结果：研究组妇女血清中抑制素B水平下降,与正常组妇女比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;FSH水平升高,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;E2水平升高,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：血清抑制素B水平下降是反映卵巢储备功能下降的直接指标,对预测卵巢储备功能具有一定的临床价值,可帮助诊断卵巢功能衰退。

Research of Serum Statin B of Ovarian Function Prediction

Objective：To investigate the clinical value of serum statin B of ovarian function prediction of reserves.Methods：selecting normal menstrual cycle,age cycles of 25-35 healthy women as a normal group,30 cases of normal Choose menopause transition,the age of 40-50 years old,having different degrees of perimenopausal women as research team,On the first three days serum statin B level,E level and FSH level were detected.Results：the women＇s serum,statin B level with the normal group of women research has significant difference（P 〈0.01）,FSH rise,but there was no significant difference（P 〉0.05）,E eleations,but there was no significant difference（P 〉0.05） significance.Conclusion：the serum statin B decline is reflected ovarian function decline reserves to predict ovarian,it has certain clinical value of function reserves,can help the diagnosis of ovarian function decline.
