五步手法配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究

目的：观察手法配合颈椎牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法：将160例患者随机分为治疗组（手法组）和对照组（牵引组）进行治疗,每组80例,治疗前后两组结合疗效评定标准进行疗效评价。结果：治疗组治愈率及有效率分别为37.5%和92.5%,对照组分别为22.5%和86.5%,两组有效率比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：手法配合颈椎牵引能够有效改善神经根型颈椎病的临床症状,对神经根型颈椎病有较好的治疗作用。

Clinical Study of Trick with Cervical Traction in the Threatment of Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis

Objective：To observe the clinical effection of trick with cervical traction in the threatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods：160 cases of patients were divided into threatment group（trick group） 80 cases and control group（traction group） 80 cases.Compared the effection of the two groups.Results：The cure rate and total effective rate of the threatment group was 37.5% and 92.5%,of the control group was 22.5% and 86.5%.The difference of the total effective rate between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The trick with cervical traction can improve the symptoms and signs of the cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy.It has better clinical effecition.
