| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨南蛇藤抗肿瘤作用近近研究情况。方法：搜集近年来有关南蛇藤抗肿瘤的作用的文献并进行分析。结果：南蛇藤是常见中药之一，其含有丰富的萜类、生物碱、黄酮类化合物，能够抑制肿瘤细胞增殖，促进肿瘤细胞凋亡，抑制肿瘤侵袭、转移和血管生成，并能逆转肿瘤多药耐药性。结论：中药南蛇藤应可用于临床治疗肿瘤

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the anti -tumor effect of Celastrus orbiculatus. Methods： Collect and analyze the published data of Celastrus on the study of anti - tumor effect. Results and Conclusion ： Celastrus orbiculatus, one of common Chinese Herbs, contains a lot of compounds, and is rich of terpenes, alkaloids, flavonoids. Current data showed that extractive substances from Celastrus have novel effects of inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, promoting tumor cell apoptosis and inhibiting tumor invasion, metastasis and angiogenesis and also reversing muhidrug resistance. |
