双黄连注射液与10%葡萄糖注射液配伍研究

摘    要:目的:探讨双黄连注射液与10%葡萄糖注射液的适宜配伍浓度。方法:用10mL、20mL、25mL、30mL及35mL双黄连注射液,分别与200mL10%葡萄糖注射液配伍,观察其在4h内微粒变化,在4h内的pH值、紫外吸收的变化。结果:20mL及以下配伍液放置4h以内。微粒符合药典规定,pH值无明显变化;25mL及以上配伍液微粒不符合药典规定。结论:20mL及以下双黄连注射液与10%葡萄糖注射液配伍在4h内可以应用。

Abstract::Objective :To study the Appropriate concentration compatibility of shuanghuanglian Injection mixed with 10% Glucose Injection in clinical application. Methods: 200 ml 10% Glucose Injection mixed with 10 ml,20 ml,25 ml,30 ml,35 ml shuanghuanglian Injection separately, observing the change of appearance, particles 4h after mixing, the change of PH value, UV absorption 4 h after mixing. Results: No significant change was noted in appearance, PH value and the particles were meet the pharmacopoeia in the mix- ture 20ml and the below within 4 h after mixing; the particles did not meet the pharmacopoeia in the mixture 25 ml and the above. Conclusion: Shuanghuanglian Injection and 10% Glucose Injection could be mixed to use in 25 ml the below within 4 h.
