加味五仁汤治疗老年肠痈术后便秘临床研究

目的：观察加味五仁汤治疗老年腹部肠痈术后便秘的疗效。方法：将83例患者随机分为2组,治疗组42例用加味五仁汤治疗,对照组41例用酚酞片治疗。结果：治愈率、有效率在治疗组分别为61.9%、95.24%;在对照组分别为17.07%、56.10%,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：加味五仁汤对老年腹部肠痈术后便秘有较好的疗效。

Clinical Research of Flavored Wuren Decoction in the Treatment of Senile Bowel Carbuncle Postoperative Constipation

Objective：To observe the effect of flavored Wuren decoction in the treatment of constipation of senile bowel carbuncle after surgery.Methods：83 patients were randomly divided into two groups：42 cases of treatment group with flavored Wuren decoction,41 cases of the control group were treated with phenolphthalein chips.Results：The total effective rate in treatment group were respectively 61.9%,95.24% Control were respectively 17.07%,56.10%,the difference of two groups have very remarkable significance（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Wuren soup for elderly belly bowel carbuncle postoperative constipation has good effect.
