中西药联用治疗冠心病心绞痛临床分析

摘    要:目的:探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:采用中西医结合疗法治疗冠心病心绞痛50例,并设单纯西药治疗50例为对照组。疗程1个月。结果:心绞痛疗效治疗组有效率92%;对照组有效率76%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。心电图显示治疗组有效率70%;对照组有效率58%;两组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效可靠。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of integrated traditional and western medicine in treating coronary heart disease with angina.Methods:coronary heart disease with angina 50 cases were treated by integrated traditional and western medicine,and pure western medicine therapy for control group 50 cases.One month.as a course.Results:the curative treatment group got angina symptom;markedly effective 11 cases,improve 35,4 cases ineffective the efficient rate was 92%,in the control group markedly effective 9 cases,improve 29 cases,invalid 12 cases,the efficient rate was 76%.They have significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.05).Ecg curative effect in the treatment group markedly effective 10 cases,improve 25 cases,no change 15 patients,the efficient rate was 70%,In the control group markedly effective 6 cases,improve 23 cases,no change 21 cases,the efficient rate was 58% Two groups of comparisons has significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion:the curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of coronary artery disease angina is effective.
