胃复安穴位注射配合镇肝熄风汤治疗中风后呃逆临床观察

目的：探讨胃复安穴位注射配合镇肝熄风汤治疗呃逆临床疗效。方法：将中风后呃逆住院患者63例在首次出现呃逆症状后即施胃复安穴位注射,并服镇肝熄风汤,7d为1疗程即评定疗效。每日呃逆0次为痊愈,≤5次为有效,〉5次无效。结果：治愈38例,有效18例,无效7例,治愈率60.3%,有效率88.9%。结论：胃复安穴位注射配合镇肝熄风汤治疗呃逆效果良好。

Clinical Observation of Metoclopramide Point Injection with Zhengan Xifeng Tang in the Treatment of Post-stroke Hiccups

Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of metoclopramide point injection with liver extinguish zhen gan xi feng tang in the treatment of hiccups.Methods：63 hospitalized patients after symptoms appeared for the first time is performed intramuscularty point injection and take out the zhen gan xi feng tang,7 days for the evaluation of treatment is one course.5 times daily for recovery,equal or less than five times is efficient,more than five times is invalid.Results：38 cases recovery,18 were effective,7 cases ineffective,cure rate was 60.3%,the effective rate was 88.9%.Conclusion：effect of metoclopramide point injection with liver extinguish zhen gan xi feng tang in the treatment of hiccups is good.
