益肾泄浊汤治疗慢性尿酸性肾病临床研究

目的：观察益肾泄浊汤治疗慢性尿酸性肾病的疗效。方法：观察70例慢性尿酸性肾病患者,随机分为两组,治疗组36例,对照组34例。治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上口服益肾泄浊汤,观察治疗2个月。结果：治疗组与对照组有效率比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后血肌酐（Scr）、血尿素氮（BUN）、血尿酸（UA）、24h尿蛋白定量、尿β2微球蛋白均明显低于对照组治疗后的水平（P〈0.05）。结论：益肾泄浊汤能改善慢性尿酸性肾病患者的症状,降低血尿酸,保护肾功能。

Clinical Research of Kidney Discharge Turbidity Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Uric Acid Nephtopathy

Objective：To observe the effect of kidney discharge turbidity decoction in the treatment of chronic disease uric acid.Methods：observing 70 cases of chronic uric acid nephtopathy.they were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group in 36 cases,control 34 patients.Based on the contrast in treatment group in oral kidney discharge turbidity soup,observing treatment 2 months.Results：the total effective rate in treatment group and control group has significant difference（P〈0.05）,After treatment,the treatment group（Scr） serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,blood serum uric acid（UA）,24-hour urinary protein quantitative,urine beta 2 micro globulin after treatment were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：the kidney discharge turbidity soup can improve the chronic nephrosis patient＇s symptoms uric acid,protecting renal function.
