桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗精索静脉曲张临床观察

目的：观察桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗精索静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法：将143例门诊患者根据静脉曲张程度分为Ⅰ度49例、Ⅱ度62例、Ⅲ度32例3组,给予相同的药物,同等剂量,分别治疗3个疗程,疗程结束后比较疗效。结果：Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度在第1个疗程的有效率分别是34.7%、有效率29.03%、12.5%（P=0.08）;在第2个疗程有效率分别是Ⅰ度有效率58%、Ⅱ度有效率51.61%、Ⅲ度有效率21.88%（P〈0.05）;第3个疗程：Ⅰ度有效率74%、Ⅱ度有效率58.05%、Ⅲ度有效率28.22%（P〈0.05）。结论：桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗精索静脉曲张有较好的效果,尤以Ⅰ度和Ⅱ度精索静脉曲张为著。

Clinical Observation of Guizhifuling Capsule in Treating Aricoceles

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect Of Guizhifuling capsule in treating varicocele.Methods：the cases of clinic patients 143 according to the degree of varicose veins were divided into Ⅰ degree in 49 cases,Ⅱ degree 62 cases,Ⅲ degree 32 cases,giving the same drugs of three groups,equal doses,doing three treatment cycles,effect comparison was done.Results：Effective rate of Ⅰ degree,Ⅱ degree,Ⅲ degree in the first period is respectively 34.7%,29.03%,12.5%（P = 0.08） ;In the second period Ⅰ degree were 58%,degree Ⅱ 51.61% degree Ⅲ 21.88% efficient（P〈0.05）.The third period：Ⅰ degree Ⅱ degree Ⅲ degree were respectively 74%,58.05% and 28.22%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Guizhifuling capsule on varicocele has very good effect,especially in Ⅰ degree and Ⅱ degree varicocele.
