针灸加中药治疗糖尿病并发抑郁症临床对比观察

目的：观察针灸加中药治疗糖尿病并发抑郁症的临床疗效。方法：将门诊糖尿病并发抑郁症患者100例随机分为两组。治疗组50例,西药组50例,测定治疗前后两组患者抑郁量表（HAMD）。结果：治疗后两组患者抑郁症均有所改善,治疗组疗效优于西药组。结论：中药针灸治疗可以明显改善糖尿病患者抑郁症,同时也有助于血糖控制,临床效果显著。

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture with Chinese Medicine Therapy for Diabetes with Depression

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture therapy with TCM diabetes with depression.Methods：patients with diabetes clinics concurrent depression 100 cases were randomly divided into two groups.50 cases in treatment group,western medicine group,the determination of 50 cases of two groups of depression after treatment scale（HAMD）.Results：after treatment,the two groups of patients with depression are improved,the curative effect of treatment group is better than western medicine group.Conclusion：Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment can obviously improve the diabetes depression,also conduce to control blood sugar,clinical efficacy is good.
