摘    要:目的:研究人文素质教育内容与诊断学教学过程的有机结合。方法:将人文素质教育内容有机地贯穿于诊断学课程的教学全过程,渗透于具体的教学环节,密切联系具体的教学内容如病史采集、体格检查、实验室及器械检查、诊断思维方法,方式灵活多样。结果:提高了学生的学习兴趣与动力,提高了专业课教学质量,受到学生的广泛欢迎。结论:在进行专业知识传授的同时,教师应充分认识人文素质教育在医学人才培养中的特殊地位,自觉地将人文素质教育的思想有机地贯穿于教学全过程,灵活、生动、有效地开展,以带动专业知识的学习和师生素质的共同提高。对于医学生来说,人文素质教育的着眼点主要应放在:①强化人文关怀精神与责任感教育,培养良好的职业道德;②强化认真求实的科学精神教育,培养良好的职业素养。

Abstract:Objective:To study the teaching integration of humanistic education with medical diagnostics.Methods:The humanistic education has been given to the students throughout the whole process of the diagnostic teaching,penetrating in every specific aspect.Such education is characterized by integration with specific diagnostic contents such as history taking,physical examination,laboratory and instrument examinations,thinking ways of diagnostics.the methods are flexible and various.Results:This integrative education has greatly stimulated the students learning interest and motivation,and increased the teaching quality of diagnostics,which is welcomed by the students.Conclusion:The teachers should fully understand the special status of humanistic education in medical talents training.While imparting specialized knowledge,they should consciously carry out humanistic education throughout the entire process of teaching in flexible,lively and effective ways to promote both professional knowledge learning and quality ratising of teachers and students.For the medical students,the humanistic quality education should focus primarily on ①strengthening the students'spirit of humane care and responsibility to develop their excellent professional ethics;②strengthening the students scientific spirit of seriousness and seeking truth to cultivate their perfect professional skills.
