| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨针刺面瘫穴加马钱子外敷治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法：将216例周围性面瘫患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用针刺加马钱子外敷治疗;对照组采用西医常规疗法。结果：治疗组有效率98.25%,对照组有效率73.53%,两组有效率经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：针刺面瘫穴加马钱子外敷治疗周围性面瘫疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture point and brucine topical compromising in treating peripheral facial paralysis.Methods：216 patients of peripheral facial paralysis patients were divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group by acupuncture and brucine topical therapy,the control group was treated by western medicine.Results：the total effective rate in treatment group and control group total effectiveness is respectively 98.25%,73.53%,two groups of efficient by χ^2 test has statistically significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Curative effect of the acupuncture point and brucine topical compromising treatment of facial nerves palsies is good. |
