| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍和阐述目前国内外利用膜片钳技术及血清药理学方法在中药研究中的现状和发展趋势,探讨二者在中药研究领域的应用前景。方法：以国内外有影响力和代表性的期刊上所发表的文献为基础,对膜片钳技术和血清药理学方法应用于中药研究的状况进行分析、归纳和综述。结果与结论：膜片钳技术近年来渗透到中医药研究的各个领域,对中医药研究水平的提高起到了很大的推动作用。运用血清药理学方法,借助现代化手段,中医药研究将向更深层发展,中药作用及机制将可能被全面揭示。

| Abstract: | Objective：In order to study the usage future of Chinese medicine research,we deal with the development trend of patch clamp technique with serum pharmacology.Methods：Based on the major literature at home and abroad.Analysing and summazing the mechanism of drug action from patch-clamp technique with serum pharmacology.Results and Conclusion：In recent years patch clamp technique has been successfully used in all kinds of prospects of TCM.It hsa proposed the study of TCM.Through serum pharmacology.The mechanism of Chinese medicine will be revealed. |
