| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针刀联合整脊手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法：针刀松解剥离结合药物注射配合推拿对218例颈椎病眩晕患者治疗1-5疗程后随访,观察疗效。结果：180人经1个疗程达临床治愈,36人经2-3个疗程治愈,2人经3-5个疗程显效。有效率99.1%。结论：针刀联合整脊手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病,疗效高、安全、无风险,适宜推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of the joint treatment technique with acupotomology in treating vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy.Methods：The recent release stripping injection drug combination in treating 218 patients with cervical spondylopathy,massage for doing 1-5 courses follow-up,the effect were observed after treatment.Results：180 people of clinical cure period 1,36 after 2-3 treatment to cure,two people got by 3-5 treatment.The total effective rate was 99.1%.Conclusion：The recent joint has high curative effect,safety,risk-free,suitable for promotion. |
